Leader Cooperation Awards

Cooperation projects help all parts of rural Europe to grow together.

Leader cooperation is supported by Rural Development Programmes using the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.

Cooperation between rural areas is an important tool for the development of these areas. Leader cooperation encourages and supports local action groups to undertake joint actions with other Local Action Groups, or with a Local Action Group taking a similar approach. Summary: To let artist an culture people from each country visit the other countries and describe what they see in their own way / piece of art. These pieces of art will then show tourists what to be seen in the other area, but also tell the area itself how it is seen by a foreigner´s eyes. It will also make visitors aware of our common history. In the 18th century we were all parts of the same country (Sweden) now we have been for a long time separated in three different countries and sometimes hard to keep in touch because of politics etc.
